Before Guy’s, there was Joe, the previous owner who helped make pizza part of a night out in Westport. Some of his recipes are still part of what we do today.

We kept favorites, added ideas of our own, and made our home in the back of Kelly’s Westport Inn, one of Kansas City’s oldest buildings.
